Try doing this training once or twice a week.If you are bored with lifting weights stick to classic but always effective push-ups .Push ups are a great muscle exercise that work the entire upper body, and they will tone and strengthen muscles,you can go on your knees and do a modified one for beginners, or if you feel tired.
You might have noticed that i haven’t mentioned yet about training the abs.Thats because your nutrition will play the most important role for that.If you want a flat belly, first you need to lose the layers of fat that’s hiding them,that can only happen with good nutrition, ideally based on quality protein ,good carbs and plenty of water.
